Chemical Impregnation Plant :
We are using special chemicals for treating white species timbers like rubber wood, beech wood etc… For retaining its natural color and grains.
using vacuum pressure impregnation process to timber with water borne preservatives like CCA, ACC, BORON and other chemicals it gives more life to wood and also it avoid fungus and as well as attack from the insects like borer, termite etc.
Kiln Seasoning Plant :
We are having two method of seasoning kilns like “Conventional pressurized steam heated kiln with boillers” usefull in summer season and other is “Indirect heated internal heating system with fan furnace kiln” which is usefull in monsoon climate. Our seasoning kiln gives less cracked materials , also we have anti-warp technology which make’s our sizes suitable for furniture manufactures and as well as for wood packaging material manufacturer.
Heat Treatment Plant :
This method is to apply heat up to 45 degree for forty five minute to the wood packaging material for export purpose. This method is also used to makeISPM-15 standard wood packaging material exclusive for export purpose
